El4400 - Professional Communication Equipment

The EL4400 series packs a dual conference circuit into a compact 1 RU 19" enclosure for high-quality full-duplex and semi-duplex (talk/listen) intercom conversations. The first circuit is full-duplex hands-free; the second is push-to-talk semi-duplex.

Versions: EL4400/I with built-in panel microphone; EL4400/E with external gooseneck microphone. If you don’t want your voice to be heard by the other party, you can exclude the microphone from the full-duplex section with a dedicated switch. The semi-duplex section works with a talk/listen button. Each section has an independent volume control. The audio path is transformer-balanced on 4-wire lines, with 9-pin D connectors for intercom interconnections.

The EL4400/IC console version has a single conference circuit and a gooseneck microphone, with two trimmers accessible for adjustment. The EL4400/D is a 1 RU rack version with dual semi-duplex (talk/listen) circuits.
