You get an 8-group quad digital SDI changeover built for broadcast playout. Each group is two SDI changeovers (SDI1, SDI2) plus two AES/EBU audio changeovers (AES1, AES2), all on 75 Ω BNC connectors — so one chassis protects four audio/video feeds in parallel.

The remote control receives a return status from every changeover, confirming to the operator that the switch has actually been made. If power fails, the outputs fall back automatically to the main inputs.
