The C/O SDI-KEY-DA is an multifunction apparatus
that contains inside, two changes over for digital video signals SDI, with a
unique command for the selection of the input channel (A or B).
The first change over has been denominated C/O SDI and the second C/O KEY.
Both the changes over have a proper video distributor with 2 SDI outputs.
The outputs signal of the change over C/O KEY, it is available, besides that in
SDI, also on 2 composite analogical outputs (CVBS) thanks to a D/A converter
incorporated.
Only for the section C/O SDI, in case of absence of electric energy, the signal
of the input A is by-passed with the output 1.
On the anterior panel there are the 2 buttons for the choice of the input
signal: A or B and relative signaling leds.
Each of the 2 buttons has a protection to avoid accidental commutations.
On the back, there are the 10 BNC connectors for the inputs and the outputs of
the 2 changes over, the 9 pin D female connector for the connection of the
remote control and the IEC connector for AC electric power.
The apparatus is realized in a metallic container for rack, high 1RU 19" and is
provided of a embedded power supply.
