Vlk4 - Professional Video Equipment

The VLK4 is a 1 RU 19" PAL/NTSC linear-key inserter for up to 4 separate keys, all remotely controllable. It solves the classic "hard key" titling problem — the one that produces confusing signals and sparkling edges — by giving you linear-key transparent titling with sharper edges and full transparency of the incoming video.

The result is multi-layer titling (BACKGROUND, MID-BACK, MID-FORE, FOREGROUND and so on). A KEY control signal drives the proportional mix between the main picture (BACKGROUND) and the title signal (FOREGROUND).

The VLK4 shines wherever you need high-quality linear-key insertion: graphic images, fade or curtain effects between background and foreground, broadcast titling and complex multi-layer compositions.
