Da8Aes - Professional Audio Equipment

The DA8AES converts incoming AES/EBU digital audio into 8 channels of stereo balanced analogue audio using 24-bit conversion. It supports audio sampling frequencies from 28 kHz to 108 kHz, so it works with all common professional digital sources.

The front panel carries 6 LED VU meters to check audio level, and LEDs that confirm the presence of the 6 channels of Dolby audio embedded in the SDI video input. Master output volume is controlled by a rotary knob, and a stereo-mono switcher plus a left-right switcher round out the front-panel controls.

An HDMI connector on the front lets you connect a monitor to check the incoming video signal; via an adapter you can also output as DVI-D.
